WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a hands-on, structured, and energetic Warehouse Supervisor for the launch of a new Logistics Center in Evergem, Belgium.

This center is dedicated to supply in the automotive industry.

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Managing a team of approximately 25 warehouse workers
Overseeing the daily operations in your designated area
Collaborating with WMS super-users, team leaders, planning, and HR for operational support
Working in the same shift system as your team

In this role as a warehouse supervisor, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that operations meet customer requirements. During the implementation phase and the ramp-up of production volumes, you will focus on training, setting operational processes, and ensuring high-quality deliveries.Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a warehouse supervisor with the following qualifications:

Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, preferably in the industrial or automotive sector
Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role (e.g., supervisor or team leader)

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams within an industrial and multinational environment

A hands-on approach to leadership

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), forklifts, and continuous process improvements

Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to analyze KPIs and translate them into actionable plans

Language Skills:

Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Knowledge of additional languages, such as French, is an advantage What Client Offers:
