Job Description:We are looking for an HR administration :

Key Responsibilities
Finance Administration
- Book invoices in the system.
- Check outgoing invoices for accuracy.
- Prepare and execute outgoing payments.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Prepare and coordinate stock counts.
HR Administration
- Handle payroll activities in collaboration with the social secretariat.
- Manage holiday planning and absentee tracking for a 15-person team.
- Oversee recruitment administration and processes.
Candidate Profile:
Professional Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in finance and HR administration.
- Strong attention to detail and high productivity.
- Fluent in either French or English; additional languages are a plus.
