Client Description:
Our client is a non-profit organization providing technical assistance to official actors in the education sector, supporting the strengthening of local capacities to foster sustainable development in various countries.
They are looking for a Junior HR Recruiter (English speaker) who shares the values of well-being, equality, and sustainable development to contribute to this meaningful mission.
Job Description:
- Promote and manage the recruitment of 32 open positions in countries such as Uganda, Zambia, and others,
- Organize and conduct assessments and interviews,
- Handle the administrative tasks related to recruitment, including the initial CV screening,
- Conduct pre-screening of candidates and create shortlists.
Candidate Profile:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- You have at least one year of experience in HR recruitment and are eager to thrive in an international environment.
- You are proficient in MS Office, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- You are discreet, work with integrity, and handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Fluent English is essential for this role, and knowledge of Dutch is a plus!
What Client Offers:
- A salary ranging from €2,500 to €3,000, depending on experience,
