Our client, a renowned player in the banking sector, is looking for an Admin Support to strengthen their Non-Quoted Investments team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented candidate with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel.

Track and update client files, particularly following regulatory changes

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, documents)

Manage schedules and coordinate meetings

Prepare and follow up on various transactions

Send documentation upon client request
Candidate Profile:
What profile do we look for ?

Education: Bachelor's degree
-
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or commercial role (experience in banking is a plus)

Languages: Fluent in French or Dutch, with a good command of English (B1 level in Dutch required if French-speaking, or vice versa)

IT Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
