Job Description:As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities related to the coordination and implementation of large-scale international clinical studies. You will work closely with external partners and specialized academic groups.
Here are some of your responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all operational activities at the organization's headquarters, collaborating with internal and external partners, including member groups, the pharmaceutical industry, and clinical trial service providers.
- Coordinate the operational activities of various clinical studies, including conducting feasibility assessments, establishing governance committees, managing contracts and budgets, and organizing meetings.
- Ensure compliance with the organization's internal principles and processes.
- Contribute to the improvement of procedures and documents related to operational activities.
- Manage clinical study files and provide administrative support when needed.
- You hold a university degree, preferably in a field related to the medical domain.
- Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a sense of diplomacy.
- Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English, with good knowledge of French, Dutch, or other languages.
- Proven experience in managing the operational aspects of clinical trials, whether in academia, industry, or a CRO.
- Solid knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and clinical trial regulations.
- Experience in clinical oncology is a plus.
- Previous experience in budget and contract management is an asset.
