Job Description:
What's in it for you?

As a Teamleader, you'll take on various responsibilities and be the go-to person for your team. Your mission? Crush those operational targets without compromising quality or safety.
Lead and Motivate: Coach, inspire, and supervise a team of warehouse associates. As a Teamleader, you'll assign tasks, keep the team energized, and provide real-time feedback. Collaborate closely with the Supervisor to align team activities with company goals.
Streamline Daily Operations: Oversee all warehouse activities, from receiving and storing to picking, packing, and shipping. Stick to those standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain top-notch quality. Handle operational challenges like a boss and escalate bigger ones to the Supervisor.
Training and Development: Train your team on processes, safety protocols, and equipment usage. As a Teamleader, you'll spot skill gaps and team up with the Supervisor to provide extra training. Be the mentor your team never knew they needed.
Monitor Performance: Keep an eye on team performance metrics like productivity, accuracy, and efficiency. Provide regular updates to the Supervisor. Solve day-to-day issues independently while escalating complex problems to the Supervisor with recommendations.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changes.
Forklift or Reach truck experience is an asset.
Experience in logistics and knowledge of warehouse processes is a big plus.
The role of Teamleader requires someone who is proactive and detail-oriented.
Possibility for night shifts or two-shift work.
