Job Description:
What You’ll Do:
? Be the go-to expert – Advise management and employees on all aspects of safety, ergonomics, psychosocial well-being, and environmental protection.
? Drive prevention initiatives – Develop and implement policies that go beyond legal compliance, creating a truly safe and positive work environment.
? Spot and solve risks – Conduct thorough risk analyses and propose effective preventive measures.
? Raise awareness – Lead engaging training sessions and campaigns to empower employees in safety and well-being.
? Make your voice count – Actively participate in the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work (CPBW), ensuring continuous improvement in workplace safety.
? Collaborate with key partners – Work closely with external prevention services and other stakeholders to implement best practices.
? Support employee well-being – Address psychosocial risks and stress prevention, fostering a culture of care and support.
Candidate Profile:
What We’re Looking For
- You hold a Prevention Advisor Level 1 certification or are eager to obtain it (a bachelor’s degree with a commitment to earning the certification is also welcome).

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a technical, industrial, or complex work environment.

You possess in-depth knowledge of Belgian legislation on well-being at work (WABO) and other relevant standards.

You can engage effectively at all levels of the organization and inspire teams to embrace safety and well-being.

With an analytical mindset, you identify risks and develop practical, proactive solutions.

You collaborate seamlessly across departments and encourage a culture of safety and well-being.

Fluent in Dutch, with a good command of English and French as a strong plus.
