Client Description:
Manpower office people is looking for a German-speaking back office employee.
Our client is an international bank specialised in online savings accounts. Together with them, we are looking for a fulltime back office employee (German/English) - 4 days teleworking, 1 day at the office.
You will be part of the operations team that is responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of the deposit platform, supervision of the call center, and the management of incidents with customers.
- You will therefore handle the questions forwarded from this team.
- You do checks on openings of new accounts (identity and address details), you do checks on payments, verify documents such as inheritances, you close accounts etc.
- You're willing to travel once a week to the office in Merelbeke.
- Most communication is done via email.
- You have at least a secondary degree and experience as customer service employee or in a contact center.
- You have experience with ticketing tools (clearview, remedy ...).
- You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
- You have the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- You have a good level of verbal and written communication skills.
- A market-based salary package supplemented with meal vouchers.
- Work-life balance: up to 4 days teleworking.
- Start up at the beginning of January.
